Section 1The short version.

Progress Desk is owner-operated and intentionally small. It is built and supported by a practicing intervention specialist. That means we move at a measured pace and we do not promise things we cannot deliver. It also means a district that reaches out is talking to a real person who knows the work.

We are happy to work with districts on volume licensing, deployment, custom templates, workflow setup, and data agreements. The shortest path is an email.

Section 2Volume licensing.

Volume pricing is available, and the savings grow with the number of seats. We do not publish tiered pricing brackets. The right number depends on a handful of inputs (Mac vs. iPad mix, district size, fiscal year, multi-year vs. annual) and we would rather quote something fair than post a placeholder.

If you tell us how many seats you are evaluating and which devices they are on, we can return a quote quickly.

Section 3Deployment.

Deployment is handled case-by-case. We work directly with your district IT team to figure out the cleanest path for your environment, your existing software stack, and your approval process. Tell us what your district uses today and we will meet you there.

Section 4Data agreements and privacy.

Progress Desk is local-first by design. No student data leaves the device. For most district reviews, the public Privacy Policy answers the data-handling questions directly: we do not collect, access, transmit, store, or process student data through the Software.

If your district requires a signed Data Processing Agreement, a student data privacy addendum, or a district-specific privacy form, send it our way. We will review it, ask any clarifying questions, and sign what we can sign.

Section 5Customization.

Two kinds of customization are on the table for districts:

  • Document templates. District-specific PLAAFP layouts, progress note formats, family-friendly summaries, and meeting documents. Headers, footers, branding, and language tailored to what your district sends home and files officially.
  • Workflow consultation. Help configuring Progress Desk for your team's specific case management approach. How you group caseloads, how you track service minutes, how you assign reviewers, how you prepare for IEP meetings. We sit with your lead case managers and your director of special services and shape the setup with you.

If there is something not on this list, ask. The answer is usually a real conversation, not a form.

Section 6What to include when you reach out.

To get to a useful answer faster, the most helpful things to mention up front are:

  • The district name and state.
  • Approximate number of case managers and related-service providers who would use Progress Desk.
  • The Mac, Windows, and iPad mix you are planning for.
  • Whether you are evaluating for this fiscal year or next.
  • Any DPA, privacy addendum, or procurement form your district requires for a vendor like us.
  • The single thing that would make Progress Desk a clearer fit for your team.

None of these are required. If it is easier to send a one-line email and let us ask the follow-up questions, that is also fine.

Section 7Get in touch.

Whether you have a finalized plan or you are still scoping the idea, we would like to hear from you. There is no separate sales channel. Every district inquiry is read by the team that builds and supports the software.
